These Terms govern your access to and use of Akslkj. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Akslkj is a credit-based AI fitness platform. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use AI services such as workout generation, nutrition planning, and video analysis.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and billing
1 credit = €0.10 base. The minimum purchase is 50 credits. Prices in other currencies are converted at the reference rate shown at checkout. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
Bank transfer orders are activated after we receive the payment. Instructions are sent to your email after checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Akslkj only for lawful, personal fitness purposes and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Health disclaimer
Akslkj is not a medical service. Recommendations are informational and do not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akslkj is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
