We want you to be confident when buying credits. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may request a full refund of any unused credits within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
2. Partially used balances
After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated on the unused portion of your balance. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
3. Failed or duplicate charges
Failed or duplicate bank transfers are fully refunded to the originating account within 10 business days after confirmation.
4. How to request
Send an email to [email protected] with your order reference. We reply within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues faster and without disputes.
