We collect account data (name, email, password hash), billing data (currency, credit purchases, invoices), and product usage data (workouts generated, nutrition inputs, uploaded videos, recovery metrics you enter).

We do not collect data from third-party health devices unless you explicitly connect them.

Data is used to run your Akslkj account, generate personalized workouts and nutrition plans, analyze exercise videos, process credit purchases, and provide customer support.

We never sell your data. We never share personal fitness data with advertisers.

We process your data based on the contract to provide the service, your consent for optional analytics, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and reliable.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure inside the EU. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive fields.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded videos are automatically deleted 30 days after analysis unless you save them.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
